I just ran duplicate finder in CCleaner and many are for bb and Realband. Can I delete any of these? Which ones should I save?

Actually, the wma files you listed are not duplicates. They do have the same filename, size and timestamp, but they have different data. If your utility was binary comparing the files, it would see that they are different. The Direct Input files are the clean version of the same recording. On the other hand, some of the dll files are likely the same file, but they are dependencies that are expected to be in a certain location, and they are very small, so you should just leave them there.

I can explain most of these entries.

NO is always the safe answer, but there is more to it.

The files in /Direct Input are different and are there for adding your own processing, whereas the ones up a level in RealTracks have PG Music's settings for reverb etc. that they think sounds good. If you are sure you would never load the Direct Input files, you can save a lot of space by deleting everything in that folder, but of course do it on the copy you installed to your computer and not on the supplied USB drive.

The ones at the top are best to leave alone for now. In 2018, BIAB made a major reorganization of the location of folders, and I think that accounts for most of these entries. I have over the years suggested to PG Music that they construct a 'clean-up' utility that not only reorganizes the files like it does now, but also deletes the ones no longer needed. I have files dating back decades that I'm pretty sure I don't need, so I'll make that suggestion once again.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
